This Web site serves the DrugBank data in a structured format according to the Linked Data principles. The data is published under a Creative Common's Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. More information about the original dataset and the dataset usage can be found on DrugBank.ca.

This dataset is part of the Linking Open Drug Data (LODD) project. More information on the project and the approach for publishing the data can be found in the original research paper: Jentzsch, Anja, et al. "Linking Open Drug Data." I-SEMANTICS. 2009.

Note: The last update of the dataset has been done in 2011, thus it doesn't contain any recent updates in the original DrugBank.ca data.

The database can be accessed using:

We ask that users who download significant portions of the database cite the DrugBank paper in any resulting publications.
